Work at Camp
A summer camp job is a great way to positively impact the lives of today’s youth, spend lots of time outside, and meet new people. As you begin the application process, there are a few things you should know. Working at camp is a full-time summer commitment. Nicolet’s minimum contract period is for 9.5 weeks, beginning early June and ending mid-August. All staff work six days each week, and take one 24-hour period off.
When work at camp, you’re coming to enrich campers’ lives. Staff work together as a team to provide a safe, fun, and educational camp experience. Days are long, but at the end of the summer you’ll realize the positive contributions and impact you made. We hope you’ll consider being part of the team – and our summer family!

We welcome international applicants. Please complete the application process by submitting a Staff Application, then contact camp for additional details on securing work visas and agency sponsorship.
A background check is required of all Camp Nicolet staff. Creativity, a good sense of humor, maturity, and willingness to work are a must!
