Food & Dining
The Dining Hall is a great place where the camp community enjoys delicious meals together three times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are served buffet-style. The camp kitchen will accommodate special dietary needs.
Campers draw numbers and rotate tables each week, providing the opportunity to meet other campers and staff, and to enjoy the company of people outside their own cabin groups.
Available at BREAKFAST:
Hot & cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast, peanut butter & jelly, yogurt, and a main entrée which varies from day to day.
Entrees include: pancakes, waffles, french toast (often with different toppings), scrambled eggs with cheese, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and omelets.
Available at LUNCH:
Full salad bar with veggies, fresh fruit, and homemade pasta salads.
Entrees include: grilled cheese & tomato soup, chicken tenders & tater tots, macaroni & cheese, hamburgers, pizza bagels, make your own deli sandwiches, and much more!
Available at DINNER:
Salad bar, fresh fruit, and a main entrée.
Examples of entrees include: spaghetti and sauce or meatballs, lasagna, baked chicken and mashed potatoes, turkey dinner with all the fixings, homemade pizza, chicken stir-fry, BBQ chicken, and pasta bar.
The popular Sunday evening all-camp BBQ features hamburgers, cheddar brats, vegetarian burgers, baked beans, and a variety of veggies and salads.
