2025 camp nicolet sessions & rates

Session I – Three Weeks (20 days)

Sunday, June 22nd through Friday, July 11th

  • For campers ages 7-17
  • Capacity: 95

Session II – Four Weeks (27 days)

Sunday, July 13th through Friday, August 8th

  • Pricing to be announced
  • For campers ages 7-17

Full Summer – Seven Weeks (48 days)

Sunday, June 22nd through Friday, August 8th

Flex Attendance Program

Life is busy these days, and we appreciate you consider camp a valuable experience.  Nicolet’s Flex Attendance Program may be helpful if existing plans are getting in the way of camp:

  • Session I – minimum stay; 2 weeks
  • Session II – minimum stay; 3 weeks
  • Full Summer – minimum stay; 5 weeks
  • Full Summer – alternate stay; 6 weeks
  • All options available for campers ages 7-17

Flex Attendance campers arrive on the first day of the session to ensure positive integration with the cabin group.  Camp bus service is not available for campers departing early.  Please contact us for additional details and information.

Leadership Program – ACs and CITs

Camp Nicolet offers a special Leadership Program for “Senior Campers” ages 15+ (or completed 9th grade).  Visit the Leadership Program page to learn more!  Tuition prices & session dates are the same as outlined above.

*Nicolet’s all-inclusive tuition includes complete activity instruction, three meals per day, three snacks & beverages per week at Canteen (the camp store), weekly laundry service, access to camp photos and videos, special activities for Counselors-In-Training, intersession programming for stayover campers, and all Northpoint Adventures wilderness trips.

Camp Nicolet Family Camp (8 days)

Sunday, August 10th through Sunday, August 17th

  • Adult pricing to be announced
  • Child pricing to be announced
  • All meals included during Family Camp
  • Water Skiing lessons & rides available by appointment – $15 per ride, or $75 per hour

Post-Season Cabin Rentals (15 days)

Monday, August 25th through Saturday, September 13th

  • $150 per cabin per night, to maximum occupancy – no minimum stay
  • Meals and linens are not included during Post-Season Cabin Rentals
  • No rentals available 8/28 through 9/1

optional programs

Horseback Riding – 3 days each week

  • There is no additional charge for campers wishing to ride 3 days per week
  • Available every week of each session, except Week 7 of Session II
  • From skill development in the ring to trail rides, all ages and abilities are welcome
  • Pre-registration is required for riding activities, as classes & space are limited

Advanced Water Skiing – 3 days each week

  • There is no additional charge for campers desiring Advanced Water Skiing classes
  • These classes substitute for regular water skiing classes, 3 days per week
  • Veteran instruction on water ski jumping, trick skiing, and slalom course
  • Participants must consistently perform a deep-water slalom start
  • Pre-registration is required for this activity, as classes & space are limited

Double Water Skiing Activities

  • Pricing to be announced – available during weeks 2, 3, 4, & 5 of summer sessions
  • Water Skiing, three times weekly – with the opportunity to wakeboard if desired – is included in tuition for all sessions.  Choose “Double” in Additional Options on the Camper Application if desiring an additional 3 activities, for a total of 6 skiing opportunities per week.
  • “Double” Water Skiing/Wakeboarding is billed in addition to base tuition

Wakeboarding Lessons

  • Pricing to be announced – available during weeks 2, 3, 4, & 5 of summer sessions
  • Three semi-private lessons per week instructed by USA Water Ski Level II Coach
  • Dedicated Moomba Mobius wakeboard boat
  • Wakeboarding lessons are billed in addition to base tuition

transportation options

Camp Bus

  • From/To Chicago – pricing to be announced
  • From/To Milwaukee – pricing to be announced
  • Coach bus transportation – all luggage is transported to and from camp on the bus
  • Includes a lunch stop on the way to camp, and picnic lunch on return from camp

Use the Residential Travel form, which becomes available in MY CAMP ACCOUNT following registration, to reserve seats on the camp bus.

Airport Shuttles

Camp provides van transportation from and to the following regional airports:

  • Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) – pricing to be announced
  • Iron Mountain, Michigan (IMT) – pricing to be announced
  • Rhinelander/Oneida County Airport (RHI) – pricing to be announced

Airport Shuttles are reserved on the Additional Options form in MY CAMP ACCOUNT, which becomes available during & following registration.

Camp Nicolet does not offer connecting service to camp or the camp bus from Chicago O’Hare international airport (ORD).  Transfers from O’Hare airport to the bus pick-up location are the responsibility of camp families.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

credits & discounts

Pay-In-Full Discount

  • Pay-In-Full using a credit card at time of registration and receive a discount of $350
  • Pay-In-Full discount of $75 for ala carte Northpoint Adventures trips
  • Honored October 1st, 2024 through May 31st, 2025
  • Full payment is required when registering for camp after June 1st, 2025

Sister Discount

Discounts are available for sisters attending camp at the same time:

  • Session I – $75 discount per sister
  • Session II – $100 discount per sister
  • Full Summer – $175 discount per sister
  • Ala carte Northpoint Adventures trips – $25 per sister

Early Bird Discount

Register before December 1st, 2024 and receive a discount on 2025 tuition:

  • Session I – $75 discount per camper
  • Session II – $100 discount per camper
  • Full Summer – $175 discount per camper
  • Ala carte Northpoint Adventures trips – $25 discount per camper

Referral Credit

Refer a friend to Camp Nicolet and you receive credit on your account if they enroll:

  • Session I – $75 account credit
  • Session II – $100 account credit
  • Full Summer – $175 account credit
  • Ala carte Northpoint Adventures trips – $25 account credit

Credits and Discounts have no cash value and are not refunded.  Account credit can be applied to purchases at Canteen, the camp store.  Credits and Discounts are combinable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and eCheck for online payments.  Monthly credit card and eCheck payment plans are available at no additional cost.  Please contact us if you are interested in utilizing PayPal, Venmo, or American Express as form of payment.
